Shipping policy
1. processing & delivery time
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will ship the next business day.
- Tracking:Â All orders include door-to-door tracking. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
- Transit Time (Contiguous U.S.): 4–14 business days.
- Note: Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. During peak season or severe weather, please allow an additional 1–3 business days.
2. Shipping Destinations & Service Area
Zyavie™ is proud to serve a global community. We currently provide reliable, insured shipping to the following countries:
- United States (Contiguous 48 States)
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- New Zealand
Excluded Regions (No Service): To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery experience, we currently do NOT provide shipping to the following remote areas or territories:
- Military Addresses: APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- USA: Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands).
- Remote ZIP Code Prefixes (USA): 090–099, 340, 962–966, 006–009, 967–969, 995–999.
- Other Remote Territories: Any offshore islands or overseas territories outside the mainland of the countries listed above.
Note: Orders placed with unsupported addresses will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded. Our team will notify you via email immediately.
3. shipping restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity or weather delays.
- Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the next business day.
4. where’s my tracking number?
- Email: A shipping confirmation email titled “Your order is on the way” will be sent after dispatch, including your tracking number and link.

If you don’t see your tracking:
- Allow up to 24 hours for the email to arrive.
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Search for “Zyavie” in your inbox.
- Note: Tracking links may take 24–48 hours to show the first scan after carrier pickup.
5. entered the wrong address?
- Please double-check your address during checkout. Orders are shipped to the exact address provided.
- ZYAVIE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
- On request, we can provide proof of delivery (address, date, tracking, carrier) to assist in your investigation.
