How do I update the image?
Upload your design in the app, then tap your phone to the case’s NFC area to refresh. The image stays on the e-ink screen until you change it again.
How can I get the best image quality on the e-ink display?
This is a 4-color e-ink display (black/white/red/yellow). For the best results, use images with warm tones (reds/yellows) and higher contrast. Filters like Lomo / vivid / warm can help.
Will the image disappear if my phone runs out of battery?
No. The e-ink display is battery-free—it keeps the last image even if your phone is off or out of battery. You only use NFC when you want to change the image.
Does it support MagSafe?
No, this case does not include MagSafe magnets. To protect the performance of the e-ink display, we do not build magnets into the case.
Is it waterproof?
The tempered glass back is splash-resistant for everyday spills (like drops of water or drink splashes). It’s not designed for submersion—please don’t use it in the shower, pool, or take it swimming. If it gets wet, wipe it dry promptly.
