The massage feature is more like an intense cats purr and is a little loud, but I’m not wearing them out so my house so that doesn’t bother me. I LOVE that they’re cordless and I can walk around my house while wearing them. I really think they help with pain relief. They’re about the size of knee pads you’d wear rollerblading-give or take…and they’re light weight. I only wish they were HSA eligible. They are amazing! Also-I love that my athlete sons will be able to use them for arm care. They’re both pitchers and arm care is essential. I chose this brand over others for this feature and I’m super happy.
I think this is a great find. I have tried a lot of different wrist braces but this one is easy and it does help. I've had a proximal row carpectomy surgery so the blood flow isn't always the best, but the heat is just enough to help with the pain. Even the massage feature, even if it is a bit loud, does help out to shake the joint in a way. I only had two problems, which are minor, the massage feature starts and stops and doesn't have any other settings. Second is that the wrapping itself can be hard to find that sweat spot. Because my wrists are tiny, when they heat up they swell up so I have to adjust the wrap a lot.

I worn it for couple of hours on highest heat and battery still have over half the juice left. The vibration modes are interesting. Didn't really need it this time, but I'm sure I can enjoy them next time. The straps are easy to use, with Velcro method of tightening. Having the ability to use on should is great with the extension.

I love this little heating pad for my wrist. It vibrates also but I didn’t think I would use that feature to run down the battery on it for the heat. I actually really like the vibration design a lot. Surprisingly, it soothes my wrist pain, or maybe distracts me from it! Either way, I’ll take it! The overall functionality is easy and the size is relatively compact for what it does. Battery life is longer than I expected straight from the box so I’m excited to see what a full charge will do. This is an item that I didn’t know I needed after my surgery. I probably should have gotten it BEFORE my surgery for pain because you can wear it and still move about your day while getting relief. Just looks like a wrist brace but a bit thicker. I appreciate the buttons being on the inside of my wrist so not to draw attention to the device. I would feel comfortable wearing this out of the house. Super soft fabric and warm but not burning heat. Highly recommend.
Excellent! I'm in my 60's. I fell & fractured my wrist just before Christmas. The cast came off about 6 week later. Now in mid-February, even with physio, I'm still in pain. I was skeptical that these would get hot, but they sure do! Battery life is pretty good too- I just charge between uses. I was previously using a corded version- this gets just as hot if not hotter, and the convenience is so much better. I wish I'd bought them long ago.

This works well and warms up quickly. The vibration motion works well also. At first I thought it wasn’t getting warm enough but I was wrong. Any hotter and it may be uncomfortable. I’d recommend this item for your wrist therapy. I have pretty bad wrist pain and this with an ice pack work well to relieve my pain
It works great for an injured wrist. The heating elements were red infrared lights, not the usual heating wires. Easily wrapped around the wrist and both heaters and oscillator work simultaneously but, I didn’t use the oscillator because it drains the battery too quickly. The battery is easily recharged but it doesn’t last very long… of course, I understand that if a heavy duty battery were used, the weight of this device would have been too heavy to be comfortable. All in all, it’s a great little handy device for my injured wrist. I had used it on the plane rides as well, Great value!
This is a very flexible device. It is marketed for the wrist but I am using it on my knee. It has 3 levels of heat and 3 modes for massage. I originally got this for a wrist issue but today my knee bothers me a lot and I am finding this to be very soothing. I am using the heat and a pulsing massage. I highly recommend this portable little device if you need massage and heat on a arm or leg area. The strap is about 25 inches long and the heat area is about 7.5 inches long. This is charged by USB-C so it is very portable and easily rechargeable on the go.
This wrist heating pad is very easy to use. It wraps around the wrist quickly with the adjustable strap and the controls are simple to understand. You can turn on the heat and massage settings without having to mess with complicated buttons. Quick Relief. Within a minute of putting this on, the heat and massage of this wrap overcame the dull ache in my left hand. All the knuckles hurt whenever doing any stirring, mixing, cleaning, etc. Some medicine helps but I was very impressed with the ease of complete relief of the ache. It stayed pain free for the afternoon. Easy to use, did not read the instructions just put my thumb through the thumb hole, wrapped it snug, Plugged it in, held the heat button down and it started up with heat. Did the same with the massage button. Both have three levels. I went right to the strongest. Kept it on about 15 minutes. I used a power pack to make it portable for a longer time.
Love this should have gone with it in the first place. I did not because I saw battery life reviews. I have been using it for a couple hours, though, plugged into the outlet with my 10 ft usb c to usb a cord for my ipad and it is still going. I fractured a bone in my wrist and doctor gave the go ahead to use it again. Working out tight tendons and bending it. Over the weekend my hand became swollen and end of the day tendons were painful. I got a plug in with a thumb wrap because I wanted to use it for a while. But it only heated the palm and no fingers. Swelling has gone down but this I can wear a while over my wrist and re wrap around my hand. If I need to get up I can unplug the usb and when I return plug back in. Overall I am very happy with this. Even on high it is comfortable. The massage is comfortable. I see other reviews that wish it was a deeper massage rather than just a light vibration but for me and my injury it is great. I am sure I will have pain going forward and I do have light carpal tunnel in my right hand so it will be useful in the future too.
This heating wrap has come in very handy as my mother developed a repetitive stress injury in her thumb and wrist. It was causing a lot of pain. I had charged it up for her so when she got it she immediately put it on. She loved it! The combination of heat and vibration made it feel so much better. The red light is also helpful in the long term as it can be healing. That first day she used it repeatedly and by the time she got home it needed to be recharged but I think the battery is pretty good to last for a whole day, with many sessions. She then tried it on her sore foot and loved it there too! Needless to say, if I want one for myself, I'm going to have to buy another one because I'm not getting this back! lol! She loves how it stays in place and when on her wrist she can walk around with it at her job. She is petite and it fits her well due to the Velcro which can be adjusted for any size. The thumb hole is great for keeping it from sliding. I have to rate these 5 stars because it is obviously very helpful and my mom really, really loves it!

This wrist brace does heating and vibrating massage you can do both or one or the other. That makes it very nice to be able to choose the function and it has three settings for each. I found that it was very easy to apply to my wrist and the warmth was not too hot picture does the middle setting which is actually blue and it's very soothing and comforting and help the stiffness in my wrist hours and hours. I only kept it on for the prescribed 30 minutes according to the instructions and enjoy using this it is very soft on the inside so there's no portion of it that scratches or rubs on any portion of your hand or wrist.
Recovering from a Brocken wrist with complications, helps significantly easy the pain and the vibration mode / massager gels release tightness . Battery life okay but easy to charge .
This couldn't have arrived at a better time. I was having some discomfort in my shoulder area and the large warming panel coupled with the ability to secure it around myself worked perfectly to give me relief. The device secures easily. The controls are simple to work. It is very easy to understand the settings, the numbers are very clear on the control. At no point did it get too hot, I didn't worry about burning myself, but of course I did make sure that I was wearing clothing to cover all the skin I was putting in contact with this heating pad.

I've got some medical issues and right now I'm dealing with tendinitis in my thumb area. It's incredibly painful and my efforts to heat it - normal sized heating pad / deep heating rub, have been epic failures. I ordered this thing hoping it would work but didn't expect the success I got. Honestly. This little thing has the thumb hole which makes putting it on (to do your wrist) really easy. It winds, it velcros. In my case, as you can see from my photos, I need it more on my hand so I don't use the thumb hole but I am able to wrap it in the right place and it works well. It's rechargeable so no cumbersome cords. Yay! The Velcro holds it perfectly. Nothing to complain about there. It's very good quality and I'm hoping it will last a very, very long time. It has a vibration feature, which works well. I don't use it because I have an issue with internal vibration and more buzzing is the last thing I need. But, if you have a sore or sprained muscle, it would be perfect. The heat. It took a while for it to get going the first time, but once it figured out what it was supposed to do, I found it heated up quite fast and it gets really nice and warm. I usually have it on hot and then turn it down when it becomes too hot for me. To emphasize how useful and overall just how great this thing is, I used it at least 5 times yesterday. I LOVE this thing! It's the first time I've had any relief since this new problem erupted. I have a ton of heating pads, packs, braces etc but this, this is my lifeline right here. It's the best thing I've ever tried. I've only used it on my hand so far but you can be sure it will be used in other places as well. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could.
As a cordless heating pad for my wrist, it's brilliant! I'm thinking that the vibration is to mimic a tens machine. It's hard to know if it is doing anything healing wise, but it's the same as a tens. You just don't know lol I look forward to using it while driving, for my wrist, and my calf when it goes numb. I would think it would work on my feet too! All in all, I think this is a good product with many possible uses.
